At Nuby, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
